Abstract
Incentive is a reward which is given for motivating and encouraging employees to perform better & achieve higher target. This paper discusses a milestone based Incentive Model for a Project team and the incentive model is also applicable for two or more projects carried out simultaneously. The employees who provide the service to allprojects are also considered. The objective of this model is to pay equal Incentive amount at same achievement level of an employee dedicated to one project or more. Further, the model shows the new distribution of incentive amount at milestone for new Project team member who joins the project later. The model is tested through real time data & results are encouraging.
