Abstract

The paper presents COQ - study conducted in a medium scale enterprise (Agro Industrial Packaging Limited), Shimla (HP). The company is in the business ofmanufacturing, supplier, designer consultant, seller, buyer or otherwise dealer in all kinds of corrugated packaging materialfor the last 20 years. COQ data of this Company is collected under various categories and is analyze to achieve the desired balance among various components so thatcontrolofthese costs may lead to an effective and profitable business management.
