Abstract
Ample literature is available on constitution of organization culture, but it has been observed that a very little attention is provided on implementation. This paper highlights the instrumentfor culture diagnosis and its validation by case study of spinning mill. In orderto study organization culture in depth Harrison's Cultural Topology Methodology was used. An attempt is also made to provide some guideline on various cultural aspects for improvement purpose to the industry undertaken for the study.
