Abstract
SCM has been considered as a competitive strategy for integrating suppliers and customers with the objective of improving responsiveness and flexibility ofmanufacturing organizations. It seems that the supply chain issues are much explored in the context of large enterprises but less attention is paid to SMEs. In response to this, this paper draws an attention towards the need of a qualitative research that influence managing the supply chain in small- and medium-scale enterprise (SME) sector.
