Abstract

Consequence upon of reduction of natural resources we are striving for the conservation of natural resources. Out of all the natural resources POL (petrol oil and lubrication) is one of the most essential natural resources which are being used in the industry, house hold appliances as well as in the vehicle. International standards covering environment management which is intended to provide organizationwith the elements of an effective environmental management system (EMS) that can be integratedwith other management requirement and help organizations to achieve environmental and economic goals. In this paper we have developed new suspension mechanism, a hydro- mechanical device which has been attached in the rear twin axle ofheavy commercial vehicles in order to achieve the equal load distribution of all the wheels through wheel axles. This, mechanism help the vehicles to achieve the fuel efficiency in terms of KPL (Kilometer per liter) as well as load has been distributed equally.
