Abstract

This article explains an approach to formulate Field Data Based Model (FDBM) for any man machine system. It is necessary to form such a FDBM for deciding strengths and weaknesses of present method of performing any activity. Once weaknesses are known corrective action can be decided. Specific application ofCivil Engineering is treated.
