Abstract

Plenty text is presented on Vendor selection criteria, but it has been observed that a very little attention is provided onimplementation. This paper highlights the methodology for developing vendor quality assurance programfor individual organization and its validation by case study.. An attempt is also made to provide some guideline on vendor selection and strengthen the relationship for long term.
