Abstract
Events are important part oflearning for a student in management studies because they gather students of a common interest to a specified place. Organizing any cultural fest that contains numerous items set to showcase their talent will attract the students of diversified interest and further interaction of students will lead to sharing of ideas among them. Therefore this paper has been written to share the experiences of a student in a national levelfest in major IT and management institute in India. This paperfocuses on Supply Chain Management, strategic planning and execution for successful completion.
