Abstract

The study has been planned and implemented by author in medium size chemical industry as a first assignment after joining as Industrial Engineer, The purpose of this paper is to make professionals to apply IE approach in any function for improvement in productivity. Student members and graduate members will understand the scope of IE approach in all walks of life even at junior management level.
