Abstract
Carbon credits are a key components of national and international emissions trading schemes that have been implemented to mitigate global warming. Energy Efficiency Improvement Projects that can demonstrate that it achieves GHG emission reductions is eligible under the CDM. The improvement of energy efficiency is seen as one of the most promising measures for reducing global CO2 emissions and dependence on imported fossil fuels. This paper presents the research proposal based on literature review in Energy efficiency in manufacturing and process industry and Interpretive Structural Modeling. It also presents flow diagram for ISM for energy efficiency projects.
