Total Quality Management (TQM) has been used as a key factor for the growth of many organizations. Total Quality Management model should be developed based on type of product, size and kind of organization, and vision & mission of the organization etc. There are many organizations which are performing very well in certain areas, but they are not equally strong in other aspects of the business parameters. Organizations are therefore setting goals of improvement in desired aspects. Some organizations are growing well in certain period of time due to better product quality, but after certain period of time it is very difficult for them to sustain their position in the market.
