ANALYSIS OF DISTRIBUTION STRATEGY OF SOFT DRINK BOTTLES: A CASE STUDY

Abstract

In today's scenario the main objective of a company or any organization is to make profit. It can be done by satisfying customers as it will increase growth and profit of the company. Customer satisfaction is not merely related to provide a product at cheaper rate but it is to provide a cheaper product at right time without any delay. In this study distribution of quality strategy is optimised, so as to cut down the cost and provide the product within the time limit. So that customer satisfaction and trust over company can be increased. By using vehicle scheduling problem and travelling salesmen method the route of distribution of soft drink bottles is optimised.
