Abstract
In the past several decades, great strides have been made to incorporate the ethical and environmental responsibilities into the core culture of today's business world. With the increased attention paid to such responsibilities, a growing number of firms have explored "greening" (environmental-friendly) initiatives as their competitive strategic weapons. Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) has emerged as new management strategy for automobile organizations to become more environmental friendly, cost effective and competitive. The purpose of this research is development of a generic integrate approach through employing Bayesian network for Lean, Agile. Resilient, and Green practices in automotive supply chain.. By examining the Indian small, medium and large organizations, who have already adopted GSCM practices, we can capture some of the best eco friendly practices that can be set as a benchmark for other non-green organizations to start their own evolution towards a cleaner future. Strategies to implement GSCM have been identified through extensive literature review categorizing them into four representative dimensions. Also, this research contributes to marketing scholars in automotive industry by providing analysis of empirical data.
