Abstract
The term 'globalization' is used widely, but often in different senses. Used in a broader sense, one may include under the ambit of globalization, the adoption of supra-national standards in economic arrangements in a country (Balakrishnan, 2010, p.167). The optimization of business strategy can be done through assessing nature of international competitiveness. Also, there is shift in demand, which can be a competitive advantage. Many corporations look at the capital flows and return on the project, elucidating that by exploring globalization trends. Technological change has added benefits to digitalize the manufacturing standards ensuring multi-control phenomenon. Looking at both the impacts when one home company wants to expand its operations in the world and another foreign company wants to set up operations at the home location
