Abstract
Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis (PFMEA) is a well-defined process of identifying and analysing the process failure risks and assessing the effects of the same. This process is generally carried out in any organization by a cross functional team of different departments within the organisation. One of the main steps in any PFMEAis the 6M analysis and its conventional analysis. Although the process is extremely important in the organisation, it is extremely tedious and time consuming. To overcome this issue, this paper aims at reducing the time taken by the process by changing the analysis procedure in the 6M analysis.
